The DECISION TO PARTICIPATE in events organised by the Club is the responsibility of the Skipper of each boat. The experience of the Skipper and Crew, the duration of a cruise, the planned destination(s) and the weather conditions that are forecast for the period of the cruise, are just some of the factors that Skippers should consider when reaching a decision to take part.
