Gins Clubhouse

Our clubhouse is situated at Gins, overlooking the beautiful Beaulieu River. With outstanding panoramic views, the clubhouse offers an inviting bar and an excellent restaurant, with freshly-cooked, locally-sourced produce prepared by our own Chef.


Accessible by both road and water, it offers walk-ashore and mid-river pontoons for Members. A range of one and two person dinghies are provided for Members’ use (with changing and shower facilities in the Clubhouse).

Bosun Service

Members have complimentary use of the water-taxi service, for the available times of this service please see the Gins opening hours above.

With prior arrangement visitors that are dining at Gins may also use the Bosun Service.

Kayaks and Dinghies

We have a variety of items for members to use free of charge including Picos, Lasers, a Wanderer,  a Gull and kayaks. Once members have read and signed the annual usage agreement (click here) simply book a slot by calling Gins or filling in the diary on the wall in the gear store, and sign the equipment out and back in.

Pontoon

Gins has a walk-ashore pontoon for member’s use which has power and water.  Overnight stays must be booked in advance and short stays of up to three hours are on a first come first served basis but please do contact the Bosun prior to arrival on the day.  RSYC members have priority of using the pontoon however visitors can book at short notice subject to availability.

Clubhouse Facilities

The ground floor of Gins includes changing rooms, showers and toilets for members and visitors to use.

RSYC members have access to the ground floor facilities at Gins 24/7 using their membership card via the gear store entrance.

Gins is situated at the bottom of Gins Lane, the electric gate will open automatically between the hours of 6am and 11pm. We have a car park for members use, please ensure that you are displaying a current car park sticker (available from Gins).  During peak times the car park can become very busy, please park making the most of the space available.

Tide Table
