CELEBRATING 40 YEARS

SHOW FINALE
The Southampton Boat Show ended on a high note, despite visitor numbers being five per cent down last year , acknowledging challenging times for the marine industry. >>>more
THE Royal Southampton is at the PSP Southampton Boat Show, in its usual place, jointly with the RYA, providing a lounge, restaurant, bar and simply a spot to relax after a possibly tiring time visiting stands and doing the tour of the Show. You'll be assured of a warm welcome and the lounge will be staffed by the people you know from Ocean Village. Drop off for a a beer or coffeee, or maybe something more substantial. Do pay us a visit.
RSYC AT THE BOAT SHOW
The Show at Mayflower Park, Southampton is open daily from 10 am to 7pm Preview Day on Friday, September 12 through to Sunday, September 21. Closing time on the final Sunday is 6pm.
KATIE AN AMBASSADOR
Katie Miller, Raymarine YJA Young Sailor of the Year 2006, and an RSYC member, is to be a Boat Show Ambassador, and will be at the Show with her boat Hot Socks. >>>more
INSPIRATION FOR DISABLED
Longtime friend of the RSYC, disabled sailor Geoff Holt has launched his book, Walking on Water at the Show, telling the story of his sail round Britain, mirroring his life in a wheelchair since a swimming accident. >>>more
