Always a fortnight after the departure for St Vaast the Hog Roast is now a firm favourite in the cruising calendar. The hog would have been gently rotating on its spit for many hours to create the crispest of crackling just strong enough to hold the moist pork in place until the time comes to serve . This is a popular event with all sections of the club. |
