Denis & Margaret Johnson

Denis and Margaret Johnson have just had someone pull out from a trip they're making to Brest, leaving Southampton this Sunday or Monday.
The boat is Trombone, a well-found Scanyacht 39. They've space for one or two for the trip.
There are flights back to Southampton from Brest
Do you know anyone who might be able to help them out? Please forward this to anyone you think might be interested.
Denis's number is 07768 611978

Departure date: Mon, 23/05/2011
Return date: Fri, 03/06/2011
We have chartered a Leopard 42 Cat (4 double cabins + 2 singles) on a one way charter from St Lucia to St Martin. The route direction should enable a broad reach given the trade winds normal at this time of the year. Temperatures should be 27 -30 C, and normal weather would be sunshine with occasional showers.
The charter would enable visits to the islands en route i.e. St Lucia, Martinique, Dominica, Guadeloupe, Antigua, St Barts and St Martin. We have chartered five times previously and are familiar with the area and conditions.
Current crew, wife and self plus one son. Possible other son and girl friend.
Looking for couple and one single or possibly two singles. Must be experienced to at least competent crew standard.
Charter cost covered; crew to cover own expenses and share cost of food drink etc.

Crew with any reasonable experience initially for a cruise from Falmouth to Brittany Northern Spain & Portugal. I already have some crew who will mainly be sailing for up to 4 week legs with changeover places. The Nicholson 38 is a long keel, blue water centre cockpit ketch. She is well equipped for cruising, The centre cockpit is protected by a hardtop and windscreen together with canvas side and rear screens. In settled sunny weather the hardtop and canvas screens are removable.
Normal cruising is from Falmouth UK coast and Biscay. Currently I have a number of  crew members with a variety of experience. This season I am intending to increase crew sizes as we will be sailing further [in search of sun] I anticipate change over harbours are likely to be La Rochelle and or Santander.
The Summer Cruise will start Mid May and will include the return to Falmouth by the end of July. There will be other later relatively short cruises.
