Hondarribia lies on the Spanish border with France in the heart of Basque country and most direct access is via Biarritz or Bilbao airports.
Both Ryanair and EasyJet operate services to Biarritz and both airlines, as well as Iberia fly to Bilbao from UK airports. Ryanair flights are from Stansted or Birmingham; Easyjet flights from Gatwick. Iberia flights are from Heathrow.
Closest airport is San Sebastian which lies within the municipality of Hondarribia, but you need to fly via Madrid and pick up a connecting flight.
