Gins has a Facelift 

The bar has been completely renewed  giving a more spacious feel to the bar area and a number of other imrpovements have been carried out as well. The full story  soon in the Yachter.

Valentines Night at Gins 

A romantic candlelit Dinner at Gins on Thursday, February 14 to the accompaniment of some soothing music made for a superb evening.

Jazz came back to Gins Saturday, 31 May. Everyone enjoyed the band enormously, and it was a successful evening. We look forward to hearing this band again!

     
Gins Opening Party

The Opening Party on Saturday, February 9, 2008 celebrated the new bar and the opening of the new season. Our Commodore, his Wife and our two Rear Commodores were in attendance.
Farewell to Sue Jenkins

Over 300 mourners filled Beaulieu Abbey Church for the funeral of Sue Jenkins, who passed away on Thursday February 7, 2008, after a long and brave fight against her illness. More>>>

50th Wedding Anniversary 

Stanley and Anne Simmons celebrated in style enjoying lunch at Gins Saturday, 5 April with 50 friends and family. Their youngest daughter flew over from the USA as a special surprise

Monday, March 10, Much of the car park was flooded, the main entrance was under water, the pontoon flooded and the dinghy park submerged. Water also got into the ground floor entrance and offices. More>>>
 
Crabbing Fun at Gins

Easter weekend was marred by bad weather but the RSYC's Cadet members enjoyed a fun weekend of activities, and as always, one of the most popular was the crabbing event click here>>>
