Welcome to the 2012 Cadet Season. Once again our popular Family Dinghy Days for a Tenner — informal one and a half hour sessions to introduce you to the Club's Wanderer and Gul dinghies which are kept at our Gins Clubhouse.
These dinghies are for members to use at any time but these sessions will have helpers on hand to help you rig and sail if it's your first time.

After much positive feedback, we again offer two days of sailing/camping/fun in August with Netley Sailing Club. This will be bsed at NSC and will provide a wide range of dinghys and on/off shore activities including camping overnight for those that wish and an evening barbecue. Fantastic value for money and a sociable family activity weekend.
All of the old favourites are there too, including RIB Taster days in Ocean Village — your chance to try the Club's RIB under the watchful eye of the RSYC's own instructor, you'll soon be driving at speed in Southampton Water and testing your boat parking skills in Ocean Village marina. Also back are the popular Cadet Dinghy Days at Gins in July aimed at the novice/intermediate sailor and under the supervision of RYA qualified instructors.
Mininum age for all courses is 8 and maximum is 15. Dates and fees for these courses are listed below.
